A facility listing is wrong, or should not be there
Email us with the facility name and city and we will correct or remove it. If it is your facility and you want it taken down, we will take it down — you do not need to explain why, and you do not need an account to ask.
A facility is missing
Add it yourself through List with Pitchd in the app. No account is needed. Our team checks each submission before it appears on the map, so it will not show up instantly.
The map is not showing anything near me
- Try widening the search radius with the slider. Cricket facilities are sparse in much of the country, and 25 miles is often not far enough.
- If you declined location access, type a city or ZIP code into the search box instead. The app works fully either way.
- If the map itself does not appear, check your connection — map imagery is loaded on demand and cannot be drawn offline.
Privacy and your data
Pitchd has no accounts and stores nothing that identifies you, so there is no profile to export or delete.
Deleting data you have given us
The one thing we keep is a facility’s own details when somebody adds it: its coordinates, and whichever contact name, phone number, email address or website was published with it. That describes a venue rather than a person, and nothing records who submitted it.
To have any of it corrected or removed, email support@playpitchd.com with the facility name and the city. You do not need an account, and you do not need to explain why. We aim to reply within two business days.
Everything else goes when the app goes. The anonymous install identifier used for usage analytics is stored on the device and is removed when Pitchd is uninstalled; there is no copy of it tied to you. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not collected.
Accessibility
Pitchd is built to work with VoiceOver and TalkBack, at large text sizes, and with Reduce Motion enabled. If you hit something that does not work with assistive technology, please tell us — that is a bug, and we would like to fix it.
