Pitchd is made by CricketRise USA. If something is wrong, missing, or confusing, email us and a person will read it.

A facility listing is wrong, or should not be there

Email us with the facility name and city and we will correct or remove it. If it is your facility and you want it taken down, we will take it down — you do not need to explain why, and you do not need an account to ask.

A facility is missing

Add it yourself through List with Pitchd in the app. No account is needed. Our team checks each submission before it appears on the map, so it will not show up instantly.

The map is not showing anything near me

• Try widening the search radius with the slider. Cricket facilities are sparse in much of the country, and 25 miles is often not far enough.
• If you declined location access, type a city or ZIP code into the search box instead. The app works fully either way.
• If the map itself does not appear, check your connection — map imagery is loaded on demand and cannot be drawn offline.

Privacy and your data

Pitchd has no accounts and stores nothing that identifies you, so there is no profile to export or delete. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not collected. Privacy questions go to the same address above.

Accessibility

Pitchd is built to work with VoiceOver and TalkBack, at large text sizes, and with Reduce Motion enabled. If you hit something that does not work with assistive technology, please tell us — that is a bug, and we would like to fix it.
